What happens after I submit the registration form?

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Our team will then contact you with payment instructions and additional course information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a deadline for registration?

We recommend registering at least two weeks before the course start date to secure your place. However, late registrations may be accepted if spaces are still available. Contact us directly for late registration inquiries.

Can I cancel or reschedule my registration?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your registration. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund.

Rescheduling to a future course date is usually possible without additional fees, subject to availability.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for group registrations. The discount percentage varies based on the group size:

  • 3-5 participants: 5% discount
  • 6-10 participants: 10% discount
  • More than 10 participants: 15% discount
